The third-generation transistor module intermediate frequency furnace is characterized by power saving, fast melting speed, rapid heating, simple operation, reliable operation, no interference to the power grid, high power factor, and can meet different process requirements in different melting stages. It is mainly used for chemical analysis of carbon and silicon elements in raw cast iron and ductile iron materials. It is mobile and versatile, simple, convenient and fast to use. It can control the quality of cast iron in front of the furnace, saving time and labor.
When melting the material, the frequency realizes rapid melting; when increasing carbon, use a lower frequency to increase the stirring power of the molten iron and accelerate the carbon increasing process, thereby achieving the purpose of shortening time and saving electricity. Some furnaces can also automatically adjust power with different liquid levels.
